These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Turnexedic, concerning your access to and use of our mobile recharge platform and related services. By accessing our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.
The services provided by Turnexedic include, but are not limited to, the facilitation of electronic mobile balance top-ups, airtime purchases, and digital credit transfers for various telecommunication network providers. Our platform acts as an intermediary between the user and the respective mobile network operator.
To use the services provided by Turnexedic, you must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using our site, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the services on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
Users may be required to register an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Turnexedic facilitates the purchase of mobile credit and data packages for mobile numbers globally. When using the recharge service, you must ensure that:
Once a recharge request is submitted and processed through our platform, Turnexedic initiates the transfer of value to the specified network provider. Please note that the actual delivery of the credit is subject to the network provider's availability and processing speeds. Turnexedic is not responsible for delays caused by network infrastructure failures or maintenance by the mobile operator.
All transactions on Turnexedic are conducted in the currency specified at the time of checkout. We use secure third-party payment processors to handle credit card, debit card, and other electronic payment methods. By providing payment information, you authorize Turnexedic (or our third-party processors) to charge the full amount of the transaction, including any applicable processing fees or taxes.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Due to the nature of digital goods and the instantaneous processing of mobile recharges, all transactions are final. Once the mobile recharge has been successfully transmitted to the mobile network operator, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded. It is the user's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of the recipient's phone number and the amount of credit selected prior to confirming the transaction.
In the rare event that a transaction fails to be delivered due to a technical error on the part of Turnexedic, we will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, offer a choice between a re-processing of the original order or a full refund to the original payment method. Claims for failed recharges must be submitted within seven (7) days of the transaction date.
Users are strictly prohibited from using the Turnexedic platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
The content on the Turnexedic platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Turnexedic or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Turnexedic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
In no event shall Turnexedic's aggregate liability for all claims related to the service exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Turnexedic makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the service.
Turnexedic reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Turnexedic operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the competent courts of the local jurisdiction. We encourage users to contact our support team first to resolve any issues amicably through negotiation.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Turnexedic regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
